What We Measure
Platform uptime is measured every 30 seconds from an independent monitoring node on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. A platform outage is declared after 2 consecutive failed health checks (approximately 1 minute). The health check verifies the API, database, and core services are responding correctly.
Our SLA commits to 99.9% monthly uptime (≤ 43.2 minutes of unplanned downtime per month). Read the full SLA →
